- Solicitation Referance #: HC1028-11-T-0311 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice. This acquisition is for the purchase of Purchase of Microsoft, Symantec, WinZip, and Tectia hardware and software for DISA NS. All quotes must be for BRAND NEW products. Quotes for used, re-furbished, etc items will not be accepted. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Vendors providing pricing must be authorized resellers of the products they chose to quote, as this is for brand name or equal products. All quotes are due NLT 18 July 2011, 11:59pm CST. Questions will be accepted until 18 July 2011, 10am CST. Please contact Tara.Schmitt@disa.mil with questions. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13.106. The evaluation criterion is: TECHNICAL ACCEPTABLENESS(1) AND PRICE (2). Payment will be made via Government Credit Card. Any associated fees must be incorporated into your line item pricing. You may not have a separate line item for credit card fees. Please complete the attached solicitation in its entirety and return to tara.schmitt@disa.mil for consideration for award. Only one award will be made for this requirement.
