- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 14, 2011. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The National Park Service, Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site, Flat Rock, NC has a requirement for Roof Repairs to their Maintenance Shop and Maintenance Shed. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. The estimated price range: Between $25,000 and $100,000, and the performance period will be 180 days after the start date of the contract.
