- This is a Synopsis for solicitation FA6646-11-R-0005. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation for Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB). This project involves the assembly and installation of a government-provided 1,000-gallon horizontal cylindrical tank and support stand into an existing fillstand containment area and installation of connecting piping to two existing Hammonds Model 800-IL injectors at tanker truck fillstand headers. The period of performance for this contract is 120 days. The solicitation method to be utilized for this requirement is the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The pricing arrangement is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $14 million in annual revenue. This solicitation will be issued to a 100% SBA Certified 8(a) firm. The offeor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make the offeror ineligible for award.
