- This is announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details for the installation of wire fence at the base of Mt. Baldy, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in Porter, IN may be viewed. This RFQ includes the Statement of Work and Instructions to Offerors listed under Attachments. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. The posted RFQ contains a description and applicable clauses. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). You may obtain this number at 1(866)705-5711. Your company must also be registered in CCR with the appropriate NAICS code for this solicitation, web site: http://www.ccr.gov. If you have any registration questions, please call 1-888-227-2423. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organizations Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting your offer. The associated NAICS Code is 238990, Size Standard: $14.0M. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed in Section L.
