- Terms & Conditions Statement of Work SF1449 Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) seeks to acquire a commercial webcast and video hosting solution to provide the agency free, on-demand and digital access to public events; both as they occur (live) and previously captured (archived) and to provide a long-term hosting solution for webcast and public service videos. Period of Performance is for a Base Year and 4 Option Years. Vendor shall submit a technical narrartive describing how it will completely satisfy the attached Statement of Work including related Past Performances. Quotes may be submitted via e-mail (ebolden@ftc.gov). Questions must be received by no later that 7/22/2011 and MUST be sent via e-mail (ebolden@ftc.gov). NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED. Answers to questions will be provided by modification to RFQ. Evaluation Criteria: Technical Factors and Past Performance when combined are considered more important than Price. *Only the required minimum amount of information is requested. Efforts should be made to keep offers as brief as possible, concentrating on substantive information essential for a proper evaluation.
