DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park, CA. Network Contracting Activity (NCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses that can provide Food Transportation and Kitchen Services work to Department of Veterans Affairs, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, supplies and materials to include at a minimum two (2) Food Service Workers (FSW) to promptly transport food from Tripler Army Hospital (TAMC) to the Center for Aging (CFA). The Food Service Workers will also perform a variety of routine duties in the kitchen, dining room and other areas as needed 365 days per year. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012 with four option years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 722310 and the size standard is $35.5M. Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic categories should send their information by email to heidi.black@va.gov no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time, 25 June2011.
