- The National Park Service, NPNH MABO - National Parks of the New York Harbor, Staten Island, NY 10305 intends to award a Small Business -Set aside, Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source Purchase Order to Chief Supply Corporation, 8604 Cliff Cameron Drive, Suite 105, Charlotte, NC 28269-0012, to provide 50,000 Junior Ranger Badges for Fort Stanwix National Monument, Rome, NY. The Contractor shall provide Junior Ranger Badges in accordance with the following specifications: plastic, shield-shaped badge, measuring 2.25' x 1.75', and color - brown, with metal pin on back (to attach to children's clothing). Along the top the wording should read: 1. Junior Park Ranger. 2. In the gold band it should read: Niagara Falls 3. In the bottom portion of the shield, there is a small circular nature scene - around the scene are the words: National Heritage Area. Sample artwork to be provided upon request. Contractor shall deliver the badges 21 days after receipt of order (ARO). The incumbent contractor, Chief Supply Corporation is the sole source for the Junior Ranger Badges. This procurement is being issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c) (1) - only one responsible source. Any other firms desiring consideration are requested to provide: (1) evidence that they can provide the junior ranger badges according the technical specifications and (2) Delivery of badges with the 21 day period within ten (10) calendar days of the posting of this synopsis to: Roselyn Sessoms, National Park Service, NPNH MABO - National Parks of the New York Harbor, Staten Island, NY 10305, email address: Roselyn_sessoms@nps.gov.
