- Description
- Koruna Stewardship - This project consists of mechanical thinning of 360 acres, mechanical harvest of 17.8 acres, biomass removal of 378 acres, and road maintenance on 12.1 miles of road. Road maintenance includes surface blading, dust abatement, and roadside vegetation removal. The work is located on the Sierraville Ranger District at the intersection of Highway 89 and Sagehen Road. Proceed.2 miles on the Sagehen Road to the intersection with the 07-10 Road. Proceed along the 07-10 Road 1 mile to Unit 23. Estimated start work date is September 19, 2011, contract time 2 years. Solicitation issue date July 28, 2011.
