- Sheppard AFB has a requirement for Youth Sports Officials. This service requires that all officials be certified by the appropriate authorities. Please carefully review the attached RFQ and all accompanying documents. Sheppard AFB has a requirement for Youth Sports Officials. This service requires that all officials be certified by the appropriate authorities. Please carefully review the attached RFQ and all accompanying documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V3VY1166A001_Youth Sports Officials_Florance. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #713990 and Small Business Size Standard $7.0M, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
