- Required Equipment Listing This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: Mission Support Gear; please see the listing attached for the quantities and items requested. Brand name or equal. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. All equipment must be on the open market. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Please include on your quote your Companies, Business Size: Cage Code: NAICS: DUNS: Company Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) compliant? This solicitation will be for all equipment listed or no equipment. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, 11:59 p.m. Sunday 24 July 2011.
