- Wage Determination Statement of Work RFQ The Office of Air and Marine (OAM) Fajardo Marine Unit, PR requires Tenant Improvements to the boathouse to accomplish operational needs. The tasks included are: Relocating existing phone systems from 2 offsite locations, install full operational phone system providing additional equipment as necessary. Transport existing telephone and data system and related equipment previously disassembled from the San Juan Boat House to Fajardo Marine Unit. Disassemble existing telephone and data system and related equipment at Roosevelt Road Boat House. Transport to Fajardo Marine Unit. Re-using existing phone equipment and related components and r e-using existing data equipment and related components.
