- SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is issuing a Sources Sought Notice in which it intends to issue a sole source solicitation to a Small Business in accordance with FAR 6.302-7(2), under Solicitation Number VA-786A-11-RP-0059 for the following: Contractor shall provide conservation of monuments/memorials/private markers, which includes restoring historic monuments, memorials and private grave markers throughout the United States for the National Cemetery Administration as required by the Specifications. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 365 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
