- Cancellation Notice - Solicitation SPM5M2-11-T-2368 Solicitation SPM5M2-11-T-2368 was issued on January 6, 2011, for a quantity of 500 O-rings, NSN 5331-00-079-9759. A pre-award protest was subsequently filed with the Government Accountability Office, which required the agency to stay award pending the resolution of the protest. In resolving the protest, the agency agreed to take certain administrative actions. Following the completion of those administrative actions, the agency has reviewed its requirements for NSN 5331-00-079-9759. Due to changes in the agency's supply requirements, the Contracting Officer has decided to cancel Solicitation SPM5M2-11-T-2368 and to re-solicit this item.
