- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 107th Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 has issued a request for quote, W912PQ-11-T-0035, High Voltage Maintenance, (1 base year plus possibility of 2 option years). The anticipated period of performance is for 1 Sep 2011 - 31 Aug 2012. The services will be performed at the 107th AW, Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304-6001. CLIN 0001 - High Voltage Maintenance - See attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 16 Jun 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 and the size standard is $7 million. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 05-2371 (Rev.-13) on www.wdol.gov 06/17/2011 is referenced. Latest wage determination will be utilized at time of award. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Firms must be physically located within a 50 mile radius of Niagara Falls ARS to be eligible for award due to the specifications of the statement of work.
