- PRE-SOLICITATION - W91247-11-T-0075 SUBJECT: Misc Repairs and Paint in Building B-7033, Fort Bragg, North Carolina The Mission Contracting Office - Fort Bragg (MCO-FB), Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue a solicitation for a requirement for the miscellaneous repairs of sidewalk, flooring, and painting of areas in building B-7033, located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement consists of prepping and painting walls, repairing laminate desktop, removing two cabinets, replacing vinyl flooring, removal and installation of the new water fountains and replacement of wood base boards. The requirement will be set aside Small business, under NAICS Code 236220, with a size standard of $33.5 Million. A Firm Fixed Price contract type is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-11-T-0075 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acqusition.army.mil/afsi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitations will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the request for quote (RFQ) will be on or before 15 June, 2011.
