- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. ONE TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR SCALEMODEL OF INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION WITH AIR TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATION RATED CASES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as theofficial amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question that has been asked:Question 1:How should we submit proposals in response to solicitation # NNJ11394074R?Answer 1:Solicitation # NNJ11394074R is being amended to include the following:Emailed offers toMario A. Tijerina II are preferred.Offers in response to solicitation # NNJ11394074R,are due by 4:30PM (CST) to NASA-JSC, Attn: Mario A. Tijerina II(Mario.A.Tijerina@nasa.gov), JSC-BG, Houston, TX, 77058 and must include the solicitationnumber, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/paymentterms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), CAGE Code(http://www.ccr.gov ), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signedby an authorized company representative.
