- Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. This pre-solicitation notice is for five projects on Fort Dix, NJ; two for antennae tower installation and three for fiber installation IAW the Scopes of Work included in the solicitation. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is set aside 100% for HubZone small businesses with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238990 and a size standard of $14.0 Million. The entire project(s) magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The entire solicitation will be posted on or about 30 Jul 11 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulation contract provisions and clauses, scopes of work, and applicable Davis Bacon wage rates. The scopes of work and drawings will include details of required work elements. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at time of award.
