- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and issue a modification to existing delivery order 4037 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0005 on an other than full and open competitive basis to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Sensors (LM MS2) 1801 State Route 17C, Owego NY 13827-3998. The anticipated work is a two-year extension to the existing effort for LM MS2 to continue MH-60S Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) System Development and Demonstration (SD & D) in support of sensor systems (AN/AQS-20A (Q-20), AN/AES-1 (ALMDS), AN/ASQ-235 Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS) and AN/ALQ-220 Organic Airborne and Surface Influence Sweep (OASIS), and AMCM Link-16). LM MS2 will continue to conduct the necessary program management, risk management, systems requirement management, software development, logistics management, and training in support of the AMCM effort. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. LM MS2 is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and proprietary technical data required to successfully perform these tasks. This synopsis is for information purposes only.
