- They Keystone Job Corps Center of Drums Pa is seeking vendors interested in operating an on site vending machine service. The operator shall without cost to the company install a sufficient number of automatic food and beverage dispensing machines and keep the machines supplied so as to adequetely provide, under normal conditions, students and/or company employees sufficient amounts of food and beverage of good quality prepared in comformity with all applicable state, federal and other health and sanitary needs. Such food and beverage shall be available at reasonable prices and size portion. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
