- Oracle Vendor Information and Course Catalog Spreadsheet.xlsx to be used by competing vendors to document details regarding training services, course offerings, and associated costs. The U.S. Census Bureau, using the SF-182 under OPM rules and Simplified Acquisition procedures, intends to procure Oracle training courses to be held either on-site, off-site, or virtually within the period of service of July 14, 2011 through September 30, 2012. This Oracle training procurement is for use by Census Bureau employees only. All Oracle training courses should be taught hands-on with exercises done on PCs. On-site class size is between 10 and 15-18 students. If fewer than 10 students enroll in any course offering, that course would be cancelled or rescheduled with 2 weeks notice or as further negotiated with the vendor. The on-site computer classrooms are each equipped with networked PCs (one per student, one for the instructor), one printer, one ceiling mounted projector connected to the instructor's PC, and a white board. Personnel are available to assist with on-site classroom setup. Interested parties must submit detailed capabilities, course distribution options, course descriptions and objectives, pricing information valid through September 30, 2012 using the vendor information and course catalog spreadsheet provided. Please include all charges that may be incurred including travel and materials. Submit details by email by close of business July 25, 2011 to lisa.a.lawler@census.gov or by fax to 301-763-4406. No phone calls will be honored. Awards will be made by SF-182. Important Note: All on-site vendors must be U.S. Citizens unless otherwise documented and agreed upon. Also, all contractors/vendors doing business with the U.S. Census Bureau must be registered with the U.S. Government's Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) system at http://www.ccr.gov
