- The Keystone Job Corps Center of Drums, PA is soliciting vendors to operate an on site student store/snack bar. The service will be provided for a minimum of 25 to 28 hours per week of required hours of operatation. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
