- The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, based on proprietary technical data, to Telephonics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale, New York 11735. This contract will enable Task Orders to be issued for repair, maintenance and upgrade services of the C-11746B(V)3 Inter-Communication Systems (ICS), C-11746C(V)3, Modified ICS's C-11746(V)4, and the J-6091 ICS Audio J-Boxes.
