- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-11-RP-0220 for the following: Contractor shall supply approximately 600 blank granite niche covers to the Government at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado, 2830 Riverside Parkway, Grand Junction, CO 81501, from date of award through thirty calendar days. The niche covers must be comparable in color and shading to the granite niche covers mounted on columbaria at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. The NAICS Code is 327991 and size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the niche covers to the cemetery within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is issued. Potential offerors will submit, at their expense, one blank granite niche cover as a sample representative of the work to be done. The sample should be in accordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. This sample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis using the following evaluation criteria for this award listed in descending order: 1) Price, 2) Technical, 3) Past performance. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around May 6, 2011 and responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m on May 20, 2011. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which are available at Fed Biz Ops. ****NOTE - All potential offerors who have submitted and received approval notification for a sample of same type within the last 12 months may submit a copy of that approved review to MPS to avoid submitting another sample.*****
