- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: punnie.chittchang@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as unrestricted with no set aside. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-11-T-0065 to provide Tree and Branch Removal, Stump Grinding services which includes the use of equipment and labor to remove trees, branches and stumps in the parks at Council Grove Lake in Morris County, Kansas. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for a period to be completed 30 days after contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561730, a Classification Code of 0783. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible and responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical factors. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the below-listed Internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due date and time. Estimated solicitation issue date is ON OR ABOUT the estimated date of July 20, 2011. Quotations are anticipated to be due ON OR ABOUT the estimated date of August 2, 2011. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
