- The services in this solicitation require the development of community wildfire protection plans to help a community develop plans to reduce the risk of wildfire in accordance with The Healthy Forest Restoration Act (HFRA) for various counties across Washington State. Project sites are located in the San Juan, Franklin, and Grant Counties, optional counties include Yakima and Adam Counties, Spokane District, Washington. NAICS: 541620. Bonds are not required. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 20, 2011.
