- CLIN Structure and Item Description To All Offerors: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price order for Cisco, McAfee, Sourcefire, and Fortinet brand name IT products in accordance with the following requirements and the required CLIN structure. The delivery date for this requirement is NLT 30 days after the award date. Delivery Address: 6200 Meade Road Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5264 This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. All qualifying items SHALL BE labeled in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003. Quotes that fail to include labeling for items with values in excess of $5,000 will be deemed non responsive. A quote is due no later than 4:00PM EST, July 21, 2011 to Sara Toni, Contract Specialist, Defense Threat Reduction Agency/BE-BCB. You may submit your offer via email to Sara.Toni@DTRA.mil. Please provide "No Bids" also to the Contract Specialist via email. We invite you to submit a quote for these items. Please provide any applicable quantity or Government discount available. Please provide the following information about the schedule used. Interested offerors should address within their electronic responses the following: Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size and small business status such as disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB Zone, Woman Owned, Minority Owned, and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. Company Information: 1) Cage Code 2) DUNS Number 3) Tax Identification number 4) Offeror's Business Size Ability to provide products under Federal Supply Schedules- GSA, NASA SEWP, NIH or ESI BPA. If applicable please provide the following information: Schedule Information: 1) Full Schedule Number 2) Schedule Expiration Date 3) Federal Discount (%) 4) Description of any schedule related fees (%) Award will be made to the vendor that submitted the lowest price, technically acceptable bid that meets all contractual requirements stated within this RFQ. This letter is a Request for Quote only and in no way obligates the Government to award a purchase order or to reimburse the offeror for any cost incurred in preparing the response to this Request for Quote.
