- REMINDER: All companies that would like to attend the CROWS III W15QKN-11-R-F015 Pre Solicitation Conference are required to register with Travis James, travis.james3@us.army.mil with the information in the solicitation attachment "Pre Solicitation Conference Requirements" completed by 15 July 2011. Late responses may be accepted after 15 July 2011, however admittance to the Pre Solicitation Conference will not be guaranteed. NO OFFERORS OR INDIVIDUALS WILL BE ADMITTED to the Pre Solicitation Conference without prior registration as detailed in the Pre Solicitation Conference Requirements. THERE IS NO PRE-APPROVED LIST OF CONTRACTORS ALLOWED TO ATTEND PRE SOLICITATION CONFERENCES. The only form needed to register for the Pre Solicitation Conference is Table 1 in the solicitation attachment "Pre Solicitation Conference Requirements". If you would like to receive the draft Detail Specification, please submit the completed form, "Non-Disclosure Non-Use Agreement". This form can be found in the solicitation attachment, "Technical Data Forms". Note this form, "Non-Disclosure Non-Use Agreement" is separate from the form, "Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement". In order to attend the Pre Solicitation Conference and to receive information regarding the solicitation, all companies must submit the following forms: - DD2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement - AMSTA-AR Form 1350 Technical Data Request Questionnaire - Non-Disclosure Agreement - Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement The forms can be found in the attachments to the solicitation.
