- This is a modification against combined synopsis/solicitation number W91260-11-T-0016. The purpose of this modification is to make changes to the subject combined synopsis/solicitation as described below. The original Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the subject combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby superceded/replaced by the attached revised PWS. The attached revised PWS is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the subject combined synopsis/solicitation. Paragraph 4 of the PWS was revised to include additional government-furnished equipment/materials for the project. That was the only change(s) made to the PWS. The due date and time for receipt of quotes remains unchanged as the results of this modfication.
