- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment for replacement, installation and testing of all wiring, outlets, switches and other necessary appurtenances to provide a complete and operable electrical system that meets applicable electrical codes in the existing maintenance shop. This project is set-aside for a small business. Small business size standard is $14.0 M. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Type of award will be a firm-fixed price construction. The Davis-Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. The solicitation along with attachments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 28, 2011. No hard copies will be issued. A site visit is scheduled for August 9, 2011, 9:30 AM at Homestead National Monument of America, 8523 West State Highway 4, Beatrice, NE. To receive a government award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www. ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
