- This is a multi-year watershed restoration project to improve fish habitat involving the logging and hauling of logs 80 to 120+ feet in length and placing them into the Nestucca River stream channel. The first year will include falling, digging-pushing-pulling over, 120 designated trees from source locations along BLM roads and hauling them to fish structure sites along the Nestucca River Access Road. The first year's work also includes machine placement of a minimum of 40 trees in the Nestucca River stream channel. The second year includes all remaining work required to complete the placement of the 120 trees in the Nestucca River. Project sites are located in Tillamook and Yamhill Counties, approximately 15 air miles West of McMinnville, Oregon. No Bonds are required. This solicitation will be posted electronically at WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET. Paper copies are no longer available. The estimated issue date of the full solicitation is July 18, 2011. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
