- The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Modification 4 to the solicitation of a Prospectus to operate sightseeing boat tours and other related services within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. This modification includes the responses to the questions asked in response to the solicitation. Modification 4 will be available, along with the Prospectus, on the Commercial Services website (http://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm). Additionally, the NPS reminds all interested parties that proposals in response to this solicitation are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. All proposals must be sent to the National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Attn: business Management Office (Kimberley Gagliolo), Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, California, 94123 by the specified day and time. Prospectus packages can also be obtained by contacting Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, via email at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit cards accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website please notify Kimberley Gagliolo and Roxanne Dey (roxanne_dey@nps.gov) via email so you can be placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence.
