- ***THE FULL SOLICITATION ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is July 29, 2011. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to demolish and remove the existing flush toilet building, its components and appurtenances, concrete foundations, underground utilities, and concrete septic tank(s). Prior to demolition work, contractor shall coordinate with electrical company to de-energize and remove electrical meter serving the building to be demolished. Contractor shall remove and protect an existing electrical meter/panel box that is attached to the building. Following demolition, the Contractor shall prepare the site for installation (clearing, grubbing, grading, and clean-up) of one Government Furnished vault toilet building. The vault toilet will be delivered, placed, and installed by a separate contractor. Upon completion of installation, Contractor shall construct a new concrete sidewalk and reconstruct pathway to provide access to the new toilet building. The Government estimate is between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000.00. The successful offeror may be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 45 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 29, 2011. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 238910 and the small business size standard is $14 million average receipts over the past three years.
