- The project consists of furnishing labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, and materials to design, supply, and install a wood pellet heating system with heated fluid pumped in a closed, underground loop(s) to each of the four administrative buildings at the BLM Wildwood Recreation Site near Welches, in Clackamas County, Salem District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code is 238220. Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Estimated start work is September 18, 2011. Liability insurance is required after award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available.
