- Description
- Form I-9 Affidavit Base Pass Letter template Instructions for Access Statement of Work & Maps AAC/PKOA Contracting Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for timber sales at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, transportation, equipment, and labor necessary for timber removal services at Eglin AFB, FL in accordance with the Statement of Work. Under this contract, there are 2 harvest units under 1 Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). The CLIN consists of 497 acres and contains approximately 26,900 tons of pine timber. Timber will be sold on a lump-sum basis where the winning bidder pays 100% of the bid price at the start of the contract. In addition, a performance bond of $20,000 shall be submitted in a separate check upon award. The NAICS code is 113310. This will be a full and open competition. This is a Commercial Service. The solicitation will be posted on or about 29 July 2011. The solicitation response date will be approximately 20 days from issuance. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring FBO.gov for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically. No verbal requests will be accepted. No official site visit will be held. Potential offerors are encouraged to schedule attending the site with Mr. Alexander Sutsko (850) 883-1129. Access to the site is contingent on following Eglin AFB base access procedures. Base Access Instructions are attached.
