- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for Firm Fixed Price contract to analyze plankton samples taken from Clear Lake Reservoir. This acquisition has been set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is: 541380, the related size standard is $12 million. Solicitation R11PS20241 will be posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 07/15/2010. The due date for the quotes will be July 29, 2010 at 2pm. PST, which can be found in block 8 of the SF 1449. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective vendors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
