- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a contract for an Army Emergency Relief (AER) Intake/Financial Readiness Program (FRP) Trainer to aid the Financial Readiness Program Manager by coordinating and conducting training and administrative intake services such as training seminars, customer service, records control, training schedules, housekeeping, marketing, and special project management. The contract will include a base year and four option years This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business with NAICS code 541990 and size standard $7.0 million. Contract shall be Firm Fixed-Price. Questions must be received by 7/25/2011 5:00 PM EDT. Questions may be addressed to toloria.duvall@us.army.mil. Proposal must be submitted in MS Word, MS Excel, or Portable Document Format (PDF) only. Proposal pages must be set up with 1-inch margins. Font must be Times New Roman, 12-point. Proposals must be sent electronically to toloria.duvall@us.army.mil and received no later than 8/15/2011 10:00 AM EDT.
