- This project sets forth the professional services required to perform a Potable Water Leak Surveying of the potable water utility systems, Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, supplies, transportation, and incidentals to perform the work. The objective of this project is to perform up-to-date, comprehensive water leak detection surveys so that current leaks can be repaired, resulting in water conservation and utility cost savings. The study shall require compliance with the requirements of Executive Order 13123, Greening the Government through Efficient Energy Management and Military Handbook 1165, Water Conservation. Architect-Engineering Firms capable of providing Environmental Engineering Services are invited to provide company information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information and company information by submitting a completed SF 330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications document via e-mail to Ms. Tomomi Yokoda at tomomi.yokoda.ja@usmc.mil or no later than 28 July 2011.
