- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works, Fort Myer, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The Directorate of Public Works has a requirement for renovation of control storage room in Bldg 48, Fort McNair, DC. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Bedd Group, LLC NAICS Code is 236220. The solicitation will not be posted.
