- This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide all labor, material, personnel, and transportation to operate a sports and fitness camp for children and youths at five military installations in Europe (RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom; RAF Menwith Hill, United Kingdom; Aviano, Italy; and Spandgahlem AB, Germany).
