- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: QTY of 4 - 40" 1080P LED HDTV LCD Monitors QTY of 5 - 52" 1080 LED HDTV LCD Monitors QTY of 1 - 60" 1080P LED HDTV LCD Monitors The monitors must NOT have embedded wifi devices. Brand name or equal required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is a Small Business Set Aside. This request is for all Monitors or none. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to 11:59 pm on 24 JUL 2011. No telephone calls please
