- The Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina is currently seeking sources from Small Businesses for a service requirement for emergency service on non-peripheral IT equipment for the Camp Lejeune Complex. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. Solicitations are not available at this time. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 811212 (Standard Size: $25 million). It is anticipated that the period of performance will be one base period, to begin August 1, 2011 (or date of award), plus two 1-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide service to repair and support computer desktops, laptops, plotters, and network and non-network printers. Various brands of equipment, including but not limited to, Asus, Compaq, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, Panasonic, Ricoh, Toshiba, Transource, and Xerox, will require service. Required certifications will be required, such as HP certified. The repair calls will be made based on priority with a site call of 1 hour required for priority 1 calls and 8 business hours for a priority 2 call. Repairs and returns will need to be made within 5 days. Vendor will provide a parts and labor warranty of at least 90 days. Vendor will be required to travel to various locations within a 65 mile radius of the Camp Lejeune Complex.
