Weapon system: Hercules C-130 Aircraft. No option included. Item Description is in accordance with MIL-DTL-10986G AMEND NR 2. The solicitation is issued as full and open competition; total small business set aside i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c), FAR 6.302-1. Item is a critical application.
