- NSN 6685-00-290-4034, Barometer, Aneroid. Item is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set a Side. Inspection at Origin / Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. Item is I/A W SPEC NR MIL-DTL-17896E AMEND NR E. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Critical Application Item applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 38 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 9 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 57 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of Consumables. Solicitation issue date is July 29, 2011. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
