Description

Solicitation Checklist Solicitation Document Psychiatrist to Perform Clinical Evaluation Services (CES) Description The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Clinical Evaluative Services (CES) for the period of performance of 1 August 2011 through 31 July 2012 with two one year option periods, in support of the Special Education Program for the South Carolina-Fort Stewart DoDDS-Cuba School District located at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Services are required at our Fort Stewart Schools on Fort Stewart Army Garrison, Georgia and at our Laurel Bay Schools in Beaufort, SC on the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS). The solicitation number is HEVAS6-11-T-0019 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
