- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract for Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) aircraft maintenance and modification support services for the Naval Surface Weapons Command Panama City Division (NSWCPCD) located Panama City, FL. The purpose of this acquisition is to continue existing RDT&E aircraft maintenance and modification support services until a follow-on contract can be competed and awarded. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement on a sole-source basis to MacAulay-Brown Inc.. The period of performance for this effort will begin on October 1, 2011 and consist of a three (3) month base period with three (3) one month options potentially extending performance through 31 March 2012. The primary place of performance will be Panama City, Florida. Response(s) to this notice may be made via e-mail or on company letterhead: include company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and this notice number. All responses must be received by 27 July 2011. Responses may be e-mailed to john.bohner@navy.mil.
