- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Buchanan (RC), Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) No. W912C3-11-R-0012 for Replace Parking Light with New Solar System at Yauco USAR Center & Puerto Nuevo USAR Center, Puerto Rico. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, insurance, transportation and supervision to complete the work. This acquisition is issued as 100% Small Business Total Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 238210 and the Size Standard is $14 M. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100K and $250 Million. A site visit will be schedule (see solicitation for specific date). The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 July 2011. The estimated closing date will be 30 days after solicitation issue date (see solicitation for specific date). The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources may go to the Federal Business Opportunity website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Contractors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposal. Interested contractors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for future amendments issued, if any. Interested contractors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Contractor need to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov. prior to submission of proposal.
