- Blg 17 - Drawing Blg 78 - Drawing Blg 16 - Drawing Building 19 - Drawing W91ZRS-11-R-0009 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-11-R-0009, Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220; size standard is $14.0 M. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business set-aside. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The Air National Guard requires the replacement of air conditioning system for building 19. The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the replacement air conditioning system at Bradley ANG Base. See attached documents for details of requirements. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be received no later than 12:00PM, 12 August 2011, to the Connecticut Air National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, ATTN: Piper Masse, 100 Nicholson Rd, East Granby CT, 06026.
