- Wage Determinations Wage Determinations Wage Determinations Wage Determinations Wage Determinations Statement of Work-RFP HSFELA-11-R-0013 Request for Proposal (RFP) HSFELA-11-R-0013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposalsare being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSFELA-11-R-0013 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-53. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a small business size standard of $25 million. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns that reside or primarily conduct business in the state of Louisiana. Offerors shall furnish documentation to support its representation that it resides or primarily conducts business in the state of Louisiana. Refer to FAR 52.226-3 for factors considered. Offers shall not be accepted or evaluated from offerors who are not small businesses in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. Offers shall not be accepted or evaluated from offerors who are not local Louisiana businesses in accordance with FAR subpart 26.2. The Government's intent is to award a fixed priced contract from this solicitation to provide copier leasing and maintenance services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Louisiana Recovery Offices (LRO). The anticipated award date is August 15, 2011. See attached documents to this notice for the Request for Proposal (RFP) HSFELA-11-R-0013, Statement of Work (SOW) and Department of Labor (DOL) wage determinations which includes specific requirements and proposal submission instructions.
