- PR: IQC11165009054 NSN: 4730-00-196-2106 Item description: Nipple, pipe A 1 year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with 4 option years is anticipated. Set-side: Unrestricted. Required item of supply: American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) A733-03, Type number A733S-201CFB Increments solicited: 4-9, 10-24, 25-49 and 50-99 units. Required delivery schedule: All quantities within 270 days. Estimated annual demand quantity is 72 units. Awards will be made to the offeror(s) whose quotes(s) / offer(s) conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value to the Government. Past performance, offered delivery and price will be evaluated when making a comparative assessment of quotes / offers. An award may be made to other than the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Requests for hard copies of this RFQ and specifications, plans or drawings, if available, may be requested at the following web site: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil after the anticipated RFQ issue date of July 12, 2011.
