- Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services on Pine Bluff Arsenal for a base year, plus four option years. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Anticipated Container Size and Pick Up Schedule is: 1 Time Per Week: (40) 6cy Cont., (9) 8cy Cont., (5) 96 Gallon Residential Cont. 2 Times Per Week: (27) 6cy Cont., (41) 8cy Cont. As Needed: Estimated (1) 8cy Cont. Per Month (Pick Up 2 Times Per Week) As Needed: Estimated (2) 30cy Asbestos Roll-Off Cont Per Month (Pick Up on Call) A solicitation will be posted on or about July 27, 2011 with a closing date of August 26, 2011.
